Android running in a real device

That is the most interesting of today, thanks to Benno (Ben Leslie) Android is running on Armadillo-500, a tiny CPU module providing a high degree of performance and expandability.
After 10 days of Android launching we can see the platform running in a real device, what is next ? I mean, are we in the same situation than when PC opened its door ?
Lot of things have to change because even you were able to run the platform, make calls is another story... unless a company opens the frequency to performs calls...
In any case that is amazing.
